Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once Pure Bliss Charter has issued a written confirmation and a deposit or full payment has been received in accordance with our payment policy.
By completing a booking — whether online, by email, or by telephone — the lead guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all guests in the group.
All bookings are subject to availability. Pure Bliss Charter reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.

Third-Party Bookings
Pure Bliss Charter works with selected third-party agents, resellers, and booking platforms (collectively, "Third-Party Providers"). If your booking is made through a Third-Party Provider rather than directly through Pure Bliss Charter, please be aware of the following:
-
Included services may vary. The services included in your charter package may differ from those listed on this website. Please confirm directly with your Third-Party Provider which services are included in your booking.
-
Pricing may differ. Third-Party Providers set their own prices and may charge rates that differ from those available when booking directly with Pure Bliss Charter. Pure Bliss Charter has no control over the pricing applied by Third-Party Providers.
-
Third-party terms apply. Bookings made through a Third-Party Provider are subject to that provider's own terms and conditions — including their cancellation, refund, and payment policies — in addition to the on-board and safety terms set out in this document. In the event of any conflict, the Third-Party Provider's terms will govern the commercial aspects of the booking.
Pure Bliss Charter is not responsible for any discrepancies in pricing, included services, or refund policies arising from bookings made through Third-Party Providers. For full details of what is included in your booking, please contact your Third-Party Provider directly.
Regardless of how a booking is made, all guests on board are subject to the on-board conduct, safety, skipper authority, and liability terms set out in this document.

Weather & Safety
The safety of our guests and crew is our absolute priority. Pure Bliss Charter reserves the right to cancel or modify any charter at any time if sea or weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the skipper.

-
If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Minor weather-related itinerary changes (such as altering the route to avoid swell) do not constitute a cancellation and are not grounds for a refund.
The skipper has the sole and final authority to make all navigational and safety decisions throughout the charter.
